How do i list my products on

We will help you with step-by-step process of how to list your products on our website. It is important to select the most suitable category to list your product. Based on the category you choose, you'll be asked to include product details.

When can I start selling?

After all the required documents have been verified and your seller profile is complete, you can start listing your products and start selling.

Who can sell on

Any publisher / business owner /a company /Store who thinks their products can be listed on the displayed categories in can register with us and sell the products.

Documents required to register as a seller on

You are required to have the following documents:

    1)  PAN Card (Personal PAN for business type “Proprietorship” and Personal + Business PAN for business type as “Company”)

    2)  VAT/TIN Number (Not mandatory for newspaper and magazines )

    3)  Bank account and supporting KYC documents (Address Proof, and Cancelled Cheque)

Will I get charged for listing products on

No. Listing of products on is absolutely free. does not charge anything for listing online. You only pay a small commission for what you sell.

Do I need to courier the products to

No, will handle shipping of your products. All you need to do is pack the product and keep it ready for dispatch. Our logistics partner will pick up the product from you and deliver it to the customer, In the case of newspaper and Magazines publishers can use their own delivery method to deliver the products.

Who takes care of the delivery of the products?

The Seller shall choose any of the delivery method listed below / will arrange the suitable delivery option to deliver their products to the Customers.

The following options available :

a.  Seller’s own delivery option – The Sellers shall use their own delivery option in order to deliver their Products to the end user (Eg: Newspaper and Magazines).

b.  Third Party delivery option – The Company shall organize their delivery partner to collect and deliver the product to the end user.

c.  Fulfilled by Vebuza option – The Company shall use its own delivery service to fulfill deliveries to the end user.

In case of b and c options our logistics / partner will pick up the product from the warehouse and deliver it to the customer. All you need to do is keep it packed and ready for dispatch.

How and when will I get paid?

The payment will be made directly to your bank account through NEFT transactions within 7-15 business days of dispatching an order. The actual payment period will vary depending on your customer ratings and number of orders fulfilled.

How will i know when i have a sale?

Once we authorize the buyer's payment method. You can see orders, obtain shipping information, and confirm shipments in Manage orders in your Seller Account.

How do I manage my orders on

Through our seller dashboard, it is really easy for you to manage your orders. Whenever a customer places an order, we send you an e-mail alert. You need to pack the order and keep it ready for dispatch.

Once you inform us through the seller portal, our logistics or partner logistics will pick up the product from you within the time frame.

What are the fees charged?

Once an order is successfully delivered, the following deductions are made from the order item value:

Commission fee: A percentage of the order item value vary based on vertical/sub-category

Shipping fee (calculated on the basis of the product weight and shipping location)

Collection fee: 2.5% of [ Selling Price + Shipping Charge to Buyer] or Rs. 20, whichever is higher

Service tax (applicable on all of the above components)

All the above charges will vary based on different categories, which we will work out while doing on boarding process.

How do I price my products?

When pricing products on, please account for the applicable marketplace Fee and include a suitable margin to arrive at the Selling Price, we can help you out in this while the on boarding process.
