How do I check if I can receive subscription?

Enter the pincode of your address / choose your delivery area from the inner search field to check the delivery availability at your area.

What if the address doesn't qualify for the delivery?

No, Subscriptions are not available for every address. If your PINCODE doesn’t qualify for home delivery customer service representatives can help you determine what delivery options are available.

How can I cancel my Subscription?

Please contact us by creating a ticket with details of your order or call us for cancelling a subscription.

How to know my order status?

To view the status of specific order Click on Track your order link top right of the site, provide the email id and the order id or open a ticket with our Help option, we will contact you within 24 hours.

How would I know the delivery start date??

You can check it through Track your order link top right of the site also we will intimate you through mail or SMS.

Newspaper and Magazines delivery will start according to the publisher delivery terms (For more details please refer Shipping & Delivery details under POLICY INFO, Other product delivery will be starting from the next available subscription schedule.

Can I schedule my delivery date??

Presently this facility is not available.

Can I get refund?

Yes, if your subscription is not been delivered after one month of the scheduled delivery month/date you can get the refund. Please create a ticket with our Help option or contact our customer care We will process your request.

Payment process failed but money got debited from your account?

It will auto credit to your account normally, if it not getting credited automatically please create a ticket with our Help option we will contact you / we can take your subscription request offline if needed.

Can I renew my subscription?

Yes, we send you remainder SMS / e-mail before expiry of your existing subscription, through my order / your order history you can renew / re-order your subscription.

Can i change my delivery address for subscription?

Yes, please create a ticket with our Help option or call us with your order details and subscription id with the new address and old address, for newspaper subscriptions address change is possible only once its confirmed by the publisher within the city / same circulation area.

Assured gift didn’t come along with first delivery ?

Gifts or special offers normally take 3-5 weeks of time after the subscription starts.

Can I place a bulk order on Vebuza.com?

Yes you can place a bulk order on the site. However, we suggest you contact us with your request in details; we will work out a better solution with a better offer.

Is there any cash on delivery option? How does that work?

Cash on delivery is not available for newspaper and magazines subscriptions Currently, However on the payment options you can choose funds transfer / other available online payment options.

Can I do a cheque deposit or send a cheque for my order?

No, We are not accepting any bank cheque at this moment.

How Does Auto-delivery Work?

Its simple! All you need to do is determine how often you'll need your products delivered from the available options and we'll schedule your shipments accordingly!

How Do I Cancel My Next Order?

If you don't need your order as soon as you thought, please contact our Customer Support team by submitting a ticket through the Help> Crate a ticket option, or dialling our help line!

[Note:] If an order is already in progress at the warehouse ("Order Being Packed"), it is too late to modify the date or contents of the order. We are requesting you to contact us at least 12 hour before the next delivery to stop the next order/ delivery.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping is free for most of the subscriptions, for single issues we will be charging the delivery charge according to the geographical location.

If for some reason we have let you down or things did not go as planned, we're more than happy to help get things squared away and set you up with a return for your item(s) or order. There are a few restrictions on returns though, as follows:

In order to initiate a return, please email us at cs@vebuza.com or create a ticket through our Help option we will contact you for instructions and a return shipping label.

No returns on opened product (please make your purchase selections carefully!). This includes opened cases of food - we cannot take back.

Received an incorrect item? Is an item damaged in your shipment? Is a product missing from your order?
